Thanks Specialty!

After a very stressful search, hearing "it will take 20 days to get you your car" and feeling very nervous about which company to choose, my beautiful New VW Beetle arrived in the same condition in which it left!

Even though Specialty said it would take a few days to book a carrier, they found one in a day! I placed the order on Monday, and they called on Tuesday!

The carrier was S&M Transport, which may be one of Specialty's carriers. One of the drivers was named K.C., who was very nice. I couldnt believe it when he said the car would be there that weekend! Every company I spoke to said 10 - 14 days! K.C. drove almost 24/7, taking turns with another driver! How wonderful!

The one "problem" was that they said they'd pick it up Monday. I had to run around getting it ready since I wasnt going to be home. Then I could have used it Monday, but left it at home because I didnt know when it would be picked up. They called that evening and told me they were coming the next day.

They said it would arrive on Sunday and it was there! However, they said between 11am and 3pm, and it arrived at 4pm. Again, I waited around all day and cancelled plans, but what can I do? When I got the call I went to meet them and the car was already off the truck and ready to go! They seemed to be in a rush, but I made sure to check the car out. It looked great...aside from being very dirty.

A woman's whose name began with a D was very sweet! She's new to Specialty and is great over the phone. We talked once and she called with confirmations twice! She made me feel very comfortable.

TO ANYONE NERVOUS: Of course things happen and we have to take these reviews with a grain of salt. I was in your shoes, wondering if Specialty was a great as everyone said, and I had a fabulous experience with them! No one can guarentee the same, but go with your gut, as I did. Specialty was wonderful to me.
