When our car broke down, my family and I were still 10 hours away from home so we wanted to take our car home to be fixed. We called several companies and this was not only the cheapest, but also the most accommodating company that we found. Amy, the representative, was very nice, understanding, and knowledgeable. She immediately worked to find us a driver who would pick up the car asap and she even gave us her cell phone number in case we needed to reach her. We had never been in this kind of situation before, but she was very helpful and patient, following up and making sure that we were all set to go each step of the way. She certainly made us feel better about the situation when all of us were overwhelmed and stressed.

The driver, Bryan, was also wonderful to work with. We hadn't set a destination address, because we wanted the car to be dropped off at an auto shop and still needed to find the address, but he was completely flexible about it. He called us for the address and let us know where he was along the way too. Meeting him in person, you could just tell that he was a great guy. He was laid back and really easy to talk to.

I cannot express how thankful we are for specialty mobile systems! They were the best in every way possible. I loved working with them and would definitely use and refer them in the future! Thank you.
