Overall experience with SMS was excellent! I never had any problems contacting SMS and all of my questions and concerns with shipping my vehicle were answered. My vehicle was picked up two days late due to the large size of it; however it was delivered four days after it was picked up. I definitely recommend SMS to anyone who needs to ship a vehicle.
