I am an active duty United States Marine. Due to this being my first time having a vehicle transported across country, I was lost as where to start. After days of searching online, I found a reviews website on auto movers. After reading some reviews, I developed a nagging headache. With nothing regulated on auto movers, I felt I was in this all by myself. Then I read reviews on Specialty Mobile. After calling and speaking to Amy, I was sold!!! She put me at ease real quick. I was able to drive my family to Califonia in my SUV and ship my second vehicle. The vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. Prior to the vehicle being delivered, the truck driver made several phone calls with me to set up the best time for ME to acept delivery of the vehicle. He did everything he coud to work around MY schedule. He was very respectful. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it was dirty; however, it was transported across country in an opened carrier. A little soap and water cleaned it right up. I'm looking forward to using Specilaty Mobile again for my next move. I would recommend any Armed Forces Service member moving a vehicle to give this company a try. I will now enjoy the California weather. Thanks again Specialty Mobile for your outstanding service.
