The contact person at Specialty Mobile was great to work with and took care of all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I thought their quote of 1195 for a cross country move from NJ to CA was a great deal. Specialty Mobile came right to my door to pick up my car on the exact day they were scheduled. Although I wasn't given a call with a time frame the night before pick up I appreciated the fact that they came on the exact day they were scheduled. I was given a call about 30-40 minutes before the pick up. My car was delivered right to the door of my new address in excellent condition, however it was 3 days later than the original delivery date. I was fine with the delivery date though because Specialty mobile had given me a delivery window of about 7 days. I received a phone call the day before giving me a 2 hour time frame that the car would be delivered in. The car came at the end of the time frame but still on time. Another nice thing about Specialty Mobile is that they allow you to put up to 100 pounds of belongings in your trunk, which was very helpful in my situation. All in all, I would definitely recommend Specialty Mobile to anyone. I had a wonderful experience with them and will be using them again to transport my second car!
