This was the second time I used Specialty Mobile Systems. They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, responsive and gave me a fair price. The most important part - the actual transportation of the vehicle - was also done on time and with courteous and professional people. My transport needs were, like last time, a little challenging. It was a Jeep (with big tires and a lift kit) along with a 1-axle trailer behind it. Out of several companies I contacted, Specialty Mobile Systems was the only one to accommodate my needs. I was surprised other companies weren't able to transport my Jeep/trailer, but no problem with SMS. Should there be a 3rd time I need auto transport services, I'll be calling SMS. It was an all-around good experience.
