From the time Dee from Specialty Mobile Systems phoned me (just minutes after I had placed my order on-line), I knew I was in good hands. I had done extensive research to finally select them, and I was still nervous. Dee reassured me that they were a caring, honest and reliable company and that my car would be delivered safely.

I received a call from them that very same day saying that my car would be picked up that day (Monday) and that it would be delivered by Friday. Dee kept me informed as to progress and alerted me early Thursday that they might even be there by Thursday.

The driver phoned me and told me that they would be arriving late Thursday night. I asked if it could be delivered Friday morning instead, and they accommodated me graciously. I inspected the car when it arrived and it was in perfect condition. The driver, Randy and his wife were great!

My experience with this company (Dee, in particular) AND the trucking company - Randy and his wife - could not have been better!! I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I highly recommend them!! Thank you Dee and Specialty Mobile Systems!!!!!!
