The actual carriers, Here-to-There Transport out of American Fork, Utah, were very courteous people to do business with. When they made calls, they lived up to the confirmation dates that they gave me. The driver and his wife were very good to do business with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My overall experience was good. There was one area of concern that was not explained clearly to me that might be good to know for the next individual using this type of transport. it needs to be explained to the customer that the initial date given for pickup of a personal vehicle might change due to the carrier's schedule with others. That would have been helpful to know it was an "estimated date". However, my overall experience was very good.
