Specialty Mobile Services was recommended to me by a friend who had used them and said they were reliable. I have heard a lot of horror stories about cars not arriving or getting damaged enroute so I wanted to go with a carrier that had an excellent reputation.

I liked Mobile Services web site and it was quite simple to get an estimate. It cost $1195 to ship from coast to coast. The woman at Specialty Mobile was helpful and prompt. The carrier actually came one day earlier than our requested pick up but that was fine. The carrier was out of Florida. We were given their phone number so we could contact them with any questions or concerns.The driver was in contact with my daughter and pick up and drop off ran smoothly. There was no damage to the car and it was delivered one day later than first promised but still within a reasonable amount of time. Although other carriers had quoted slightly less, I chose Mobile becuase of my friend's recommendation and the reviews on this web site.

I plan to use Mobile services in the future to transport a vehicle from the North East to Florida.
