We had a convertible delivered from Florida to Oregon in an open carrier. B & B Transport LLC out of Colorado is who got our contract. I was VERY pleased with these two brothers. Originally the car was scheduled to be picked up any time after June 7th, Specialty Mobile Systems said it should be picked up within 1-10 days. Unfortunatly they didn't realize we are not off the main interstate and had a difficult time finding a carrier to come over the mountain to us when we were quoted door to door service. The carrier was wanting us to pick up in Portland (which is over 135+ miles away) or pay more $ to deliver to our door. Specialty Mobile Systems made it work. They picked up an extra fee the driver wanted to bring the car to the east side of the mountain and didn't charge us since we were quoted door to door service. The car didn't get picked up until June 20th but the guys at B&B Transport agreed to bring in within 40 miles of our home. Upon further conversation, they ended up bringing the car to my door without charging me any extra since the route they were taking would of put them closer to my home than the original agreed upon destination. They were very professional and very thorough. This was the first vehicle I have had transported and if I were to do it again I would highly recommend Specialy Mobile Systems. They kept us informed the whole time of what was going on, and even called after the car was delivered to make sure all was well. No problems here and no complaints. A rocky start, but worth the wait!
