Once I choose the quote offered by Specialty Mobile Systems to transpost my SLK Mercedes-Benz from Nashville, TN to Hartford, CT, the process was exceptionally smooth. The staff was easily reached by telephone when I had questions about the process. My car was actually picked up the evening of the day I placed the order (a bit lucky I think). Although I placed the order for open transport (to keep cost down), the car was moved by Angel Transport in an enclosed carrier and it was the only car. This fortunately also provided plenty of room to also transport 4 extra tires and rims that needed to go with the car. Our driver was very pleasant and an timely. The car arrived in CT the next afternoon and was in perfect condition - clean too. I was more than satisfied with this experience -- and despite the fact that I think I got a little lucky with the timing -- I would certainly use Specialty Mobile Systems in the future.
