Driver was awesome, very friendly, helpful and resourceful. Vehicle being shipped was an inop and as he was winching it out, the wheel fell off. Chris was great in helping get it off his truck and in one piece.
Specialty Mobile staff are great too. Any time I called them, I got a real person and I didn't even have to tell them my shipper number - just where it was going from and to and they could tell me exactly where it was and all the details about it.
I don't ship cars often, but if I do again, I'd definately use them again.
