I researched about 10 companies and each submitted a bid. They ranged from $645 to $995.

When I called the $645 bidder I was advised that was inaccurate... It was going to run closer to $900. Since this was the first time I shipped a car this did not inspire confidence. So I contacted the company with the best consumer reviews: Specialty Mobile Systems.

They were friendly, knowledegable and took the time to explain the transport process. They picked the car up when they said and they delivered ahead of schedule. Aside from the exterior being dusty from the open ride, the car was delivered in excellent condition.

I hope I don't have to make a long distance move again but if I did, I would use these folks again. And I would recommend them to anyone.
