This was a very good experience. The orignal customer service contact was informative, chatty, friendly and I had a enjoyable conversation with her. Like I was an old friend. The pickup was arranged within a week of me placing the order. The pick up was on time, the driver was friendly and he was on his way. I recevied two calls from the driver. One call when he was about a day away and another call the night of the drop off. The drop off was going to be after 8pm, so the driver agreed to wait until morning. The drop off was done easily and the driver was again very friendly. Overall, this was a great experience and was cheaper than I thought it might be.
