SMS came through for me at the last minute when another broker I went through could not find a driver for me despite having a 5 week heads up. Since SMS is also an operator, not just a broker, they were able to walk me through the process and coordinate with their own driver (Cory). Cory loaded my vehicles up with extreme care despite wind and temperatures around only 8 degrees. Cory kept me up to date throughout the move and my vehicles were delivered as promised in perfect condition. This was my third time using an auto transport and was definately the best experience so far. I will absolutely use SMS for any future moves and would recommend them to family and friends.
