The service from Specialty was great. They picked up the car the day the order was turned in! The driver was clean, honest and personable. The car arrived about 5 days later than scheduled due to the driver's family issue. We shipped my daughter's car to her at college and when the car arrived in LA the arrangement for drop off was easy and again the driver was very polite and professional to my 20 year old. We appreciated that alot! The car was dirty on the outside but that was expected from transport in open vehicle. There was no extra mileage on the odometer and the inside was clean. I'd definitly use Specialty again. Dee and Rachel were most helpful and explained the entire process thoroughly.
