By profession I am a research librarian, so by nature I am picky.
I found the autotransportspecialty website, and was very pleased with how easy it made it to choose the best carrier for my car. Price was not the main factor; what I wanted was honesty, reliability, and experience. I found all of these in Specialty Mobile Systems. All of our phone conversations in setting up the transaction were courteous and professional; the car was picked up VERY promptly with advance notice given in a timely manner. The driver was courteous and sincere. By the way, the price was very competitive.
The actual transport was handled by Bryan's B&B Transport of Spring Hill, Florida. If the driver we dealt with is typical, they have a superb crew. I am sorry that I cannot read the driver's name on the bill of lading.
I would not hesitate to recommend them or Specialty Mobile Systems.
