The vehicle was picked up in Virginia on a Tuesday, and was delivered in Houston, TX on Friday morning. The driver arrived exactly as scheduled. He was very polite and courteous in arranging to meet for me to receive the vehicle. He parked at a near by Wal Mart. I was not available for about an hour and a half after he first called, but he was very patient with me. The driver would have been willing to drive the car to my house, but I decided due to traffic that time of day that it would be better to unload it in the parking lot. The vehicle was in very good condition; the only "problem" was that it was dirty from four days on the back of the truck, which was perfectly understandable.
I was the recipient of the vehicle. From my perspective, the delivery was prompt, efficient, and entirely satisfactory.
