They came the day and time they said they would. We were not ready with the car so they waited almost an hour without fuss before they took the car. It was promissed in 8 to 12 days for delivery. In fact, it arrived in 8 days. The car was returned in the exact shape it was given to them. Overall, this could not have been a more pleasant experience.
