After the terrible experience that I had with the transporter company located in L.A. California for shipping my car from Santa Monica to Ohio, I was so scared to research for another vehicle transporter company to ship my car back to California. However, this time I chose the best transporter (broker and carrier) with highest number of reviewer and best review points (5 stars). The impressing thing was that when I called them to place my order I told them my previous bad experience and their customer service asked the name of the carrier that I had the horrible experience for shipping my car from Santa Monica to Ohio and made sure that they are using that carrier any more. It took the carrier (another family company) 10 days to deliver my car but that was a peaceful 10 days and I am so grateful for that. Very honest and cooperative people you rarely find these days.
