I needed to have a Bronco moved very quickly from NY (Syracuse) to Texas (Weatherford). I found their site after checking reviews and recommendations on the net. Everyone that I had contact with at Specialty Mobile was very helpful. I understood up front that they would be locating a carrier who was coming in my direction and that it could take a few days to find one. I had no problem with that. Within two days, they had a carrier, easily satisfying my time constraints. The move was to occur before Thanksgiving, 2006.
Unfortunately, due to factors beyond anyone's control, the move had to be postponed when my sister-in-law threw a wrench into the works. Her refusal to let it go on schedule caused a miscommunication with the original driver and a new carrier needed to be located.
Specialty Mobile put a rush on locating a new carrier for me and was able to get the Bronco to me after the unplanned delay in only one week transit time. The vehicle was picked up in NY after a snow/ice storm, had a dead battery on the trip because it had been sitting waiting for transport, and was transported to me and unloaded in front of my house. Though it required a jump to get it unloaded, there was no charge for that.
I highly recommend Specialty Mobile for your transport needs.
