Very timely

I was very pleased with my experience with Specialty Mobile System. I called them on a Wednesday and gave a certain request date for arrival and they were able to assign a carrier to my vehicle on Monday. The carrier was Pioneer Auto Express and they were very timely, however communication on their part was poor. They showed up to pick up the car at my parents house without a prior call which was unsettling, but not a big deal in my case. The car arrived on time and the driver was so incredibly nice. I had a little trouble with the initial communication because my car could not be dropped off on the actual street I lived on and I kept calling him while he was driving. All in all, the whole process was very smooth and i was very pleased. Contrary to what happened with other people, my car was not dirty at all. In fact, it was cleanest when it first arrived. :) It arrived a day earlier than the initial quote. I'm very satisfied and I woudl recommend it to anyone.
