The reps I talked with on the phone were very courteous. They answered all my questions. The pickup and drop-off time was amazing!!!! The car was picked up the first available day and delivered only 2 days later! This was from Texas to Utah, too. The car made it without any damage at all. The transaction was easy and there were no hidden fees at all!! Will do business in the future with SMS.
