Specialy Mobiles quoted price was not the lowest, but was firm and below the average. I picked SpecialtyMobile based on theie BBB affiliation and Rating, as well as being below the average price. The quoted price was firm and did not try to increase the price at order placement. This showed me a level on integrity.
It was only a matter of hours from order placement to securing a driver for the transport. The scheduled pick-up and drop times were achived.
One suggested improvement would be to provide unsolicited feedback on the pick-up status and updated ETA of the vehicle. I obtained the information only after calling and requesting. Status feedback was only available during normal business hours.
