Specialty Mobile, the broker, and Moore Transport, the truck company, were both wonderful to work with. I have never shipped a vehicle before, but with my husband's military PCS taking us all the way across the US, I really did not want to travel with two vehicles. Because of the temporary duty my husband had over the summer, we had really weird dates for pickup and delivery and both companies worked with us, communicating with me throughout the summer, really putting my mind at ease. I had a 'no earlier than' date for pickup and a 'no earlier than date' for delivery, since we planned a family vacation along the route. It was my husband's only chance to visit his family after returning from Iraq and Specialty Mobile worked with us, understanding all of our special circumstances. I was called several times, before, during, and after the process, to make sure that I knew what was going on and that I was still comfortable with everything. I was treated with complete respect and care by both companies, and I would do business with them again in an instant. My Lexus arrived when I wanted it, in perfect condition, and with nothing missing from the inside (I had stored a suitcase that didn't fit in our other car). While the driver was traveling across the country, I was able to text him and he would answer my text within a few hours, letting me know exactly where he was and what the status of his trip was. He was never irritated or short with my worrying! Anyone who is apprehensive about this process should use Specialty Mobile.
