I recently moved from CT to CA and had my car shipped across the country by Specialty Mobile. I scheduled my appt online and received a prompt phone call from a CSR who was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and super sweet. She allowed me to pick the exact date I wanted my car to be picked up instead of the normal multiple day window with an advance phone call. The car wasn't picked up directly at my house, rather I met the truck a mile or so away. This was out of convenience for the driver as he was picking up an additional car in the area and my road is not exactly suitable for multi-axel vehicles let's just say. 4 days later I receive a phone call that the car is ready to be dropped off! I couldn't believe how quickly they got it here. My moving shipment left before, and arrived after, the car. The driver asked me to meet him out by the highway, which I respectfully declined as I had no way of getting there, so he came straight to my house in the city and dropped off the car right in front of my house. No hassle. The car was really dirty, but only on the outside (as I would expect a trip across country to do). Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend using Specialty Mobile.
Oh yea, and the CSR who I originally spoke to just called me back to check in and make sure everything went smoothly and I was happy.
