This was the first time I have ever used a transport service. I pulled up over 14 different company quotes and checked BBB for their current statis. Several were cheaper however their BBB reports showed why. SMS had the best service record and won my confidence. Dee Taylor was the sweetest person you'd ever want to talk to and walked me through it like a pro. She gave me the customer service one only dreams about. The car showed up earlier than expected and in outstanding condition. Scott (the driver) took personal care in loading it as to not damage any of the car by rubbing straps. This whole process was First Class all the way. They not only care about your business but they care about your car as well. I will always use Specialty Mobile Systems for all my transport needs and if you don't, it will be your loss. Thank you SMS for a wonderful transport experience.
