They contacted me the same day I confirmed the order. They provided me with the name and the phone of the contract carrier Bob @ Personnal Touch. I contacted Bob and set up a time to meet them with the car. They picked up the car on Saturday in Minnesota and delivered it to my father in Arizona on Friday. No problems wat all. Highly reccomend.
