On a scale of 10 a rating of 5. Advertised & committed to door to door pick up and delivery. Would not pick up car on scheduled days; had to drive to a automotive center. They had a window of 3 days to pick up w/ 3 weeks advanced notice. They verbally guaranteed the 3 dates for pick up was fine considering the 3 weeks notice. Wiith my relocation and furniture and other household move scheduled, I was left w/ no options. Prior to deposit made, responsiveness was great. After deposit was made, getting a reponse or return call was extremely difficult. Carrier: Conyers Auto Transport was excellent and constantly followed up until actual delivery. Advise others to use a carrier only vs a broker.Would use Conyers again but not Specialty Mobile.
