The car was picked up on the exact date that I requested, and the car arrived a week later as promised by the company. My car was on an open carrier, and there wasn't a single scratch or any damage to my car. I've heard several horror stories with other auto shipping companies, with their cars arriving to their destinations late, or their cars having damage on them. However, Specialty Mobile's service was perfect. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone.
