Overall I was pleased with the pick-up, transport, and drop-off service. We had a bit of a glitch because I changed the preferred dates for pick up and drop off after the order was placed. Ultimately, we had very short notice about the pick up (a couple of hours) and the drop off was more difficult than we anticipated because the street system at the destination could not support a large truck, and because the recipient was in class all day and not able to answer her cell phone. Nonetheless the folks at the office in Ohio and the transporter himself were very helpful and cooperative and the car got there safely. I would definitely use Specialty Mobile Systems again.
