My car was picked up exactly on time and delivered on time. The only issue is that I requested a top load and drop off after 5pm. The car showed up on the bottom of the carrier and my parents were given the option of drop off at midnight or 6am. I notified the company of these 2 issues. They apologized and offered to refund some money as well as investigate what happened with the carrier. They explained that sometimes cars are transported on top but then moved to the bottom for drop off, so it is hard to know for sure where it is actually transported. Despite these 2 issues, I would definitly use them again due to the timeliness and excellent customer service.
