Specialty Mobile Systems arranged for my car to be transported from VA to OR by Safe Transporter carrier. They came 2 days later than expected due to other pickups in Pennsylvania delaying their schedule (expected on Monday but came on Wednesday). They were very apologetic and showed up exactly on the rearranged date. I was not able to be there when they arrived since I had an unexpected business trip. My sister met with them to drop off the key after a drop off location was arranged. According to my sister, they were very professional and efficient at loading up my car (she took pictures). My car arrived undamaged (very dusty but that was expected) on the following Tuesday evening as promised. My husband met them within walking distance down the street from our home in Oregon and picked up the car. According to him, they were very professional and seem very experienced. I would definitely use Specialty Mobile Systems again if I need to ship my car across the country.
