Im the actual broker that contracted spectrum for this job.
we had an agreement with them to collect some money from the customer for us.
the customer had paid them in CASH more then 30 days ago.
we tried to call them, e - mail them and with no luck.
they NEVER pick up the phone or return calls.
DONT use them and dont trust them by giving them your money.
They are very nice over the phone to get your business but when you have a problem
they wont return your message - BE AWARE!!!!
