I can't believe the hassle of shipping a Ford F150!!!!

I place my order with Speed Auto Transport on Sept 29th and we scheduled a date of Friday Oct 3rd which fell through. The driver never called 12-24 hours before the pickup date. I tried to call 3 times the day before pickup, had to leave a message. Then I left and email on top of it.
David called first thing in the morning of the pickup date and didn't have a time for pickup yet, at 11am he called again and said he still didn't have a time for pickup. Then there was nothing after that, nothing on Satuday, Sunday. I emaled again on Sunday evening. David called first thing on Monday Oct 6th and said my truck would be picked up tomorrow Tuesday Oct 7th sometime between 8am and 12 pm. I asked if there was a narrower time frame because I do work. He gave me the drivers phone number so -XXXI --XXXhad to do all the calling to the trucker!!! The trucker said he would be there approximately 12:15pm on Tuesday. Well he didn't show up for another hour and then we had to drive to a large parking lot so they could load the truck. By the time I got back to work it was 2pm. At 3pm the trucker calls and said my truck will not fit on the 18 wheeler. I was the last vehicle pickup. So at 3pm I had to go retrieve my truck and take it back home. I lost 2 1/2-3 hours of work just messing around with unorganization. I tried calling David right away. Of course, only voice mail. My husband tried calling and of course only voice mail. They charged me $100 for I don't know what and I can't believe this. Hope this helps someone from a nightmare!
