Car didn't want to start after being taken off carrier midway to let off another car. Called me to let me know of problem. Advised him to drop off at my mechanic's shop instead of my home. Was there when I got there, had unloaded car already. Was a good guy, all went as well as could be expected. Would use them again for sure. Notified me daily by email and phone as to status. Good folks, all around.
