i had a horrible experience with whom this company hired to ship my vehicle. i corresponded more with the company who had my car and they were horrible. cayenne the person whom received my car from me had iterated to me that my car would be there on friday the 12th of march but i didnt receive my car until the 17th of march, at which time i had to make other arrangements to get back and forth to my new job. when asked when will i receive my car since you are late, i was simply told to have the $500 DOLLARS or the car will go with the driver on to florida and i will have to pay a return fee. also they threaten to take the vehicle back to minnesota if i didnt have the $500 dollars. at no point did i ever say that i wasnt going to pay but all i got from this company was as if they were the mob and basically tough luck. the attitude of cayenne was reinforced by the owner of the company which i heard in the background as i spoke wiyh cayenne,in which he also stated that the driver of the truck was going to be fired. when the driver finally showed up i asked him his last name and he is the son of the owner which they tried to make think he was just some joe shmo. i would advise no one to use this service.
