I am amazed that this company is still in business. If this company were a pyramid scheme, it would still have a better business model than the one they currently have. I scheduled a pick-up and was told they would arrive on Friday between 4pm and 7pm. I called that morning to confirm and was assured that the truck was en route. Guided by unjustified optimism, I sat and waited as I watched 7pm turn into 8pm, and 8pm into 9pm, and so on. I called Saturday morning to inquire as to where the truck was, and I spoke to a man that was so unintelligible he could not even pronounce his own name (which ended up being Vincent). Vincent didn't know where the truck was and he said that he would call me back in 30 minutes, which he didn't. I'll note that the staff who hired a man that unintelligible was also a poor move; this is a service they attempt to provide to consumers with absolutely no time frame. I proceeded to call him every hour on the hour for a status update, and each and every time he was completely clueless. His attitude was lackadaisical. I am amazed he had the effort to even answer the phone. He suggested that I push the dates back or just cancel because I hadn't been charged yet. I start school in a week and I needed my vehicle shipped, that is why I attempted to use this service; canceling and or moving the dates back was not an option. Time was an issue, money was not, this company refused to understand that. This is not how you run a business.
