Decided to go with this "company" as they were the lowest bidder. Once the broker fee was paid, they put my car on the list to be picked up.....because of the low quote, the car was put up for transport for a low cost (no companies were willing to transport) after the day I was given to have my vehicle picked up, I heard nothing, and tried to call multiple times only to be blown off, and hung up on. I left several messages to have them call me back, they didn't. I found out most of how they do business as a broker (not a transport company) as they try to come off as) from another broker who was honest and helpful, this "company"as got their broker fee (down payment) and then basically could care less if my car was ever shipped or not. To any first time shippers, do your homework and save some heartache as I now have to dispute this with my credit card company as a breech of contract in order to recieve my money back.......would definitely not do business with this place!

Spirit Auto Transport Has no customer named Russ. He has never provided the Order Id # or the quote.
