Very rude and dishonest people .

I decided to use this company for shipping my cadillac escalade from Aventura florida.
First of all they could not pick up my car on time which I booked and payed a deposit
3 months earlier.Also when the driver got there after a 3 day delay he claimed that he wanted me to drive my car to West palm beach to drop off if not he wanted a additional $250 on top of my price.The driver was not even from there company supposedly.I contacted Lee and she said since it is not a driver we are not liable for any additional charges.I stated to her that our initial agreement was for the driver to meet in Aventura.Lee pretty much told me itis not her problem and that If i cancelled I would not be getting nmy deposit back.I am currently persuing a small claims in court for my refund in the City of Hallandale where their office is at.What I would advise to everyone is first of all don`t use them and definitly dont give them any money for a deposit.
