DO NOT USE STARR TRANSPORT!!!!! They took the downpayment of 200.00 and I never talked directly to a person AGAIN!!All I get is messages to leave a message in a mailbox that is full.I called customer service, sales and dispatch at least 20 times WITHOUT a response.I went online and called the number posted and got a message that the number was disconnected. My advice is to use the Auto train. it will cost 387. 00 to ship the car and for a ticket for myself to Florida. These guys are scammers !! My bank has been notified and are investigating as I write this !!! Also ,this is the THIRD transport company I tried to deal with . They were all the same !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
