I have had some pretty terrible service before, but have never felt the need to write a review until today. No matter who you speak to (I spoke with many different people on the phone), this company provides the WORST service I have ever experienced. Not only was my car was not picked up for five days after the requested date with NO ONE returning my phone calls, they also decided to up my price $200 the day of transportation. When dealing with people from anywhere up north, you need to be HONEST about how long it is going to take. That's not all! After finally get a driver scheduled to pick up my car, he was and additional two days late! And charged me ANOTHER $200 because my car was loaded (which SST said was okay). When speaking with SST about this they were rude and said it wasn't their problem it was up to the the driver. When I got upset with all the additional costs, Alex even had the audacity to challenge if it was even my car! This company provided horrible service, lacked customer service and understanding and was just not worth my time. I figured it would be okay to save a buck or two but DO NOT do it. You'll just end up paying more than what other (far better) companies offer anyway. Honestly, I would give them negative stars if I could.
