I made a late decision to ship an SUV from Gainesville Florida to Hartford Ct. Once selected Julian from Stars & Stripes, provided updates, followed up from pick-up to when the car was being offloaded from the carrier. Julian provided excellent customer service and provided the comfort that everything was under control and was genuinely ensuring I was satisfied. I have shipped several cars over the years and frankly I found Stars & Stripes to be the most professional and executed what they promised. The car was picked up from Gainesville Florida at approx. 2 pm on 12/19/17 and was delivered to Hartford Ct. at 7:35 pm on 12/20/17. This performance and service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Stars and Stripes again and I highly recommend their service.
