Shipping a car can be a headache. But after I made the decision to use Stars and Stripes Shipping, things got a lot easier. Even though it took a few extra days to get a my order filled due to the destination (I mean it's Iowa right?) my rep, Steven Miller kept me informed at least twice a day by email. Once the driver was assigned it was easy to coordinate with him for pickup. It was quick and easy and off the car went for it's ride to Iowa. They were on track to deliver the car early but the driver had a mechanical issue on route. Steven kept me informed and let me know that it would still arrive on time. Sure enough, the car was delivered, damage free right to the location that was agreed upon. All in all this was just how I wanted it to go. Easy without any effort on my part. Steven at SST did a great job handling the shipment of my 2015 Chrysler 200 and I greatly appreciate it!
