This is a detailed, honest/biased review up to the best of my knowledge regarding the service I had experienced with Stars & Stripes. Once I was in the market for auto transport companies from Reno, NV to Houston, TX. I've received over 30 emails and my phone was blowing up by 100 of calls. I talked to 20 companies and finally decided to go with Stars & Stripes, I talked to Wilson, he confidently filled me in with the process and guaranteed pick up within 1-2 days with no deposit and yes he delivered that promise. The price was a little higher than I anticipated so I decided to wait. Two days later he found me another driver. I agree, paid the deposit and was sent the driver info and done. Easy as 1 2 3... I end up changing the pick up vehicle, even though with a little misunderstanding, Wilson & Larry (manager) was able to help me resolved it within a matter of time. Do I recommend Stars & Stripes? YES. Would I use them again in the future? YES. Other companies would require you to put down a deposit first before they even get started and they give you a lot of empty promises and at the end make you pay more unexpected "hidden" fees, so why deal with that hassle headache. Just choose Stars & Stripes so you can save time, money and guaranteed to have the service you expected.
