Contacted Peter in April for a June transport after reading the great reviews. We were guaranteed a pickup and paid the deposit. A week before transport when we heard nothing from Peter, we called him and he said he was working on it and would call back two days before. He never did so we called again and this time he did NOT respond. Finally on the day of the move, he called to say he had no trucks in the area. We were forced to find another carrier and paid 50% more because of the 1 day turnaround need. To date, Peter has not called us to return our deposit after repeated attempts and emails. I think the reviews are fake. This cannot be a true 5 star carrier. If you need transport and good service, try Freedom Auto Transport but stay far away from this unprofessional company.
