Asked for a vehicle to be picked up earliest Nov 5 and latest Nov 8. Stars & Stripes called me and stated that it was being picked up on Nov 8 and asked for credit card information for the deposit. Then called me back at the end of the day and said the driver was not picking it up. Then I called dispatch back on Nov 9 asked what was going on and they said they would call me back by the end of the day, never heard anything. Tried calling them again on Nov 12 and they were closed due to Veterans Day. Called again Nov 13 and they still did not have anyone to pick up the car. They told me I cannot get a refund. They never picked up the vehicle and refuse to give us the $100 deposit back. Stay away from the company, they are terrible and do not honor their word.
