The staff (Mr. Julian and especially the driver (Zaid) had a pleasant attitude and consistently kept in touch with me throughout the entire transaction of shipping my vehicle. They never treated me as if I were just "another customer". i always received responses anytime I inquired about a status etc. More importantly they showed up to even pick up the vehicle as opposed to some companies that don't.
