So I booked my vehicle to be shipped thru Ben, one of the sales reps. I requested all the transporters information and insurance information Incase there was an issue. I was told no problem I would get that sent to me as soon as they secured the carrier. I got a call a few hours later telling me that happen, price and time frame etc. I then again requested all the information to be sent. Never got it, that was Friday. The car was scheduled to be picked up Monday. I got a call Saturday for the carrier to see if they could get the car sooner. I said yes but explained I didn’t get any of the information I requested from Stars and Strips. I emailed Bed Monday, no response. I called Tuesday after there was a shipping snafu and told him how disappointed I was that I didn’t get it and would still like all of the information , even though my car was already gone. He said “we got busy”. Not a good excuse as he took my money and didn’t provide the full agreed upon service. He said he was going to speak to a manager about my complaint, today, Thursday, still no response from the company. Shady business practices all around.
