Last June 4, 2019 this company sent me an order confirmation to transport my car from Ohio to Boston on June 24, 2019. A few days before the 24th my husband called to confirm that everything was in order and Steve Millet told him that "everything was on track". This morning, June 24th, when we called to ask at what time was the pick up, nobody knew anything. Eric, the employee that made the reservation since the beginning told us that before noon everything was going to be solved. After multiple calls they informed that they didn't have a driver. We called few more times and the calls went to voicemail, they recognized our numbers. Finally around 2:30pm a woman from dispatch, who never gave us her name, told us that in the next 10 minutes she would call us to give us the name of the driver, hour and pick up date. It is 7:41pm now, when I'm writing this review, and I'm still waiting the call from that woman. Terrible service, totally incompetent. Would not recommend this company to anybody. Twenty days was not enough for them to solve this situation, and besides were lying to me. Not giving 0 stars because is not allowing me to do so.
